Services' to BCP (draft-ietf-grow-anycast) (fwd)

I repeat that your message to Sam some days ago
(Message ID <Pine.LNX.4.44.0606060947580.19015-100000@citation2.av8.net>)
starting with the words "Yes. Exactly." can only be
interpreted as accepting that we plan to consider your message
as a Last Call comment and not as an appeal. So that is
what the IESG will do. As Sam also says, technical comments
have to be considered on their technical merits, regardless
of the form in which they are made.
