I suspect that Brian carpenter was copied on the November 29 IPR
disclosure. As the shepherding AD for this draft I was also sent a
note by the secretariat when the IPR disclosure was published.

I sent mail to the iesg and iesg secretary adding a management item to
discuss the issue to the November 30 IESG agenda, thus informing the
IESG of the issue.

I'm sorry, but I see no relation between Brown's IPR disclosure and
claims Dr. Bellovin may have made about the IPR process; nor do I see
any relation between the above and Russ's positions.
