Hi, Dean. I'll be happy to clear up the items that are mine to clear
up.
Dean> -- How did the IESG learn of this filing?
I suspect that Brian carpenter was copied on the November 29 IPR
disclosure. As the shepherding AD for this draft I was also sent a
note by the secretariat when the IPR disclosure was published.
I sent mail to the iesg and iesg secretary adding a management item to
discuss the issue to the November 30 IESG agenda, thus informing the
IESG of the issue.
Dean> -- What was Housley's role in the IESG support of Bellovin's

I'm sorry, but I see no relation between Brown's IPR disclosure and
claims Dr. Bellovin may have made about the IPR process; nor do I see
any relation between the above and Russ's positions.

At this time, I think it would be inappropriate for me to share any
mail archives I may have with you.
